Mary of Egypt and some other interesting saints of April 3

According to wikipedia:

Mary of Egypt (ca. 344 – ca. 421) is revered as the patron saint of penitents, most particularly in the Eastern Orthodox, Oriental Orthodox, and Eastern Catholic churches, as well as in the Roman Catholic and (unofficially) Anglican churches.
I think her life alone is an interesting read in and of itself. I know we have our doubts of the story but stop for a while and read how the story goes.

Then we have the trio of girls: Agape, Chionia, and Irene

Now these three saints are hardcore. Read up and you will be amazed.

I also came up the an article about the dessert mothers. Saints are an interesting bunch of people
