It's time to send your body to the zone at The Footzone Spa at Greenhills

There are places that we always go to but then again we also tend to pass by something. I have been to Greenhills many times to buy something or just to go to meetups.

Well maybe because I don't really go to for a foot spa.

So I went to the zone. I mean the Foootzone.

The front seems to me very simple but what is inside is much better.

The front desk is a good place to start your day. You will be greeted by their professional staff as if you are in a hotel.

Eats @SM Fairview: Not just another food fair

Eats @ SM Fairview

One food fair is different from another. There are many factors that make a good food fair. There is the people, the food and the service, even the venue plays a role in it.

SM Fairview is a long way for me but I came to see the event and enjoy with my eyes as well as with taste buds.

I came early with a friend from a walking tour jut hours ago. I was good to be early but we were way earlier than the expected time. It's hard not to miss the venue. White tents that contrasts with the traffic that around,; that is the buses and the people.

Here I go with the EATS @ SM FAIRVIEW.

The gym and all that is about going to the gym

We Pinoys have almost the same mindset as the the Muricans. We were able to do lots of stiff and yet at the same time ignore the use of the brain. Especially with the rise of social media and the selfie. Tons of people especially those who belong to the LGBT community have all flocked to the gym.

You have seen people post about their gym experience and so forth with also the before, during and after workout pictures. Surprisingly as with the rise of internet cafes. There has been a rise in gyms all over Manila and surrounding areas.

I hate gym people. I think for them like the French as cheaters.

You hate gym's like me? Maybe you are also French. lolz

There are lots of ways people can get healthy like running. And for some weird reason I hate some runners as if running is a special skill for people. There is Yoga and so much more. Even the simple task of taking the stairs.

How about bikes?

Lastly an article in Reuters.

So how about seeing you flex those muscles to help be a good part of civilization and not of the famewhores on Instagram and Facebook.

The Christmas season is all about the spirit of giving. And give is what the American Eye Center, the country’s leading eye care center, will do this Yuletide season.

In line with its support of Filipinos working abroad, the American Eye Center is giving eligible OFWs the ultimate gift with its Pamaskong Handog OFW Privilege Card through its Shangri-La and Greenbelt branches. Wazzup Pilipinas Wins As One of the Top Ten Emerging Influential Blogs of 2013

Mr. Ross del Rosario

I was formally introduced with Wazzup Pilipinas during the Manila International Book Fair. My perception of the group was it was make up of a good number of people and bloggers especially its founder Ross Flores Del Rosario.

After just a week or two I heard that Wzzup Pilipinas was recognized as one of the top emerging influential blogs. I was not actually suprisped that it was so.

Wazzup Pilipinas is a community blog open to all who would like to contribute worthy articles that help promote events, happenings, products, places, advocacies and opinions that are of interest to the Filipino people. Its primary goal is to keep its readers well-informed and updated with current events, and the latest trends and issues, in the Philippines.

Wazzup Pilipinas has also made several "bloggers events" arrangements for many companies and individuals who required the participation of bloggers in their online promotions. The number of events organized by Wazzup Pilipinas has reached more than a hundred already and counting.

Wazzup Pilipinas has also currently maintained a staggering number of page views reaching a peak of more than 18,000+ on a single day and an average of 4,000+ daily views. (The statistics improves everyday so this may no longer be the actual data after a few days).

E-smoke and the idea of vaping everywhere

Suddenly it became a fad for smokers to just go vaping. I mean some of the people I know say they want to quit smoking and some are just plai curios. At first it was quite expensive but with the growing market and demand the prices are going down. Even China now has started making cheap e-cigarettes.

Some people project their vaping as some kind of status and new thing to do. I mean you can vape anywher because they say it poses no problems for non-vapers (excuse the new word there). But some people like me are just not fans of anything too smelly. Yeah it smells nice for 2 seconds and after that I want to puke my insides out.

I am not really confident with all these business talk about vaping and e-cigarettes is healthier and better than smoking. I also don't believe the crap that this device will make you stop smoking.

More? Here is an interesting read.
