Blogapaloza 2015
It's another day to meet and see friends. And of course meet new friends.
Unlike last time, where I had to attended the Blogapaloza late. This time I was a little motivated to attend the event early despite I have other things to attend to in life. I made it an earlier appointment and signed up soon as my other friends signed up.
So the grumpy guy steps into the lion's den. BTW if you don't like honesty about my filthy language and narrow mind I tell you to stop and go to another blog who will talk about nice things and all.
First stop is the registration booth. I arrived way past 10 am to be greeted by registration people who are not caring enough to assist. I have to ask where to register and how to do it. It seems most of them are not in the mood to talk with me. Fine, I register on the tabled and were given some ID that I have to sign myself, some flyers I won't even read and a voucher that will never be used.
Then off to the booths. Everything was arranged into the so called four seasons. Cute. I think they made effort on how each of the booth will look fit for the season they are representing. Too bad it all starts with winter. I wish also there was a direction pointer on where to start but I guess anywhere is good.
It seems also that 10 am is still an early time since most booths are still prepping up. Of course no celebrities at this unholy hour for many bloggers or celebrities. I thank God that I did go early. As you know I am not a big fan of celebrities.
I surveyed the area about three or four times in just less than 30 minutes and took the following pictures. The place is bubbly and alive with people signing up and doing certain activities.

I am back after the death of my Jurassic laptop
A few days ago my Jurassic MSI1313 laptop decided to do another round of suicide. And this time it was able to really die on me.
The laptop has been with me since 2009 and has been cared of by me. The problem actually started when I lent the laptop to people. The first thing to go is the keyboard.
After a few months the screen died off.
Thanks to the help of my reliable friend Pinoy Atheist I was able to buy a new laptop for use in my blogging drama.
My new laptop is the ASUS E8618 and I am now forced to learn this Windows 8.
I feel like an idiot but at least I was able to use the internet for Facebook and social media shit.

COGITO watch is here (May 14, 2014)
My new watch arrived a little bit late but was worth the wait. Well I didn't really wait but I even almot forgot that I got such an awesome watch.
It's the new COGITO watch. It's supposed to be an accessory for those people who need to be informed that something has come up to their online life.
Sadly my phone is not that hightech enough to connect to my phone but surely this Christmas I will buy a gadget that will sync well with this watch. Now at least I have another gadget to look at when I need to know time. Whatever that means. lolz

I won a contest
I always think of myself as a quite not so lucky person. I don't always win in contests but that doesn't stop me from being part of any contests. I have won a few of them of course.
This time I joined a contest on HolyCool.
I won this cool watch:
Here is the snapshot that made my day:
Now I just have to wait forthe package to arrive. Oh noes how long will it take and how much will the Customs steal from me.

RIP iPod Nano
In 2009 my iPod nano was lost and I had to buy a new one. And i has lasted me about five years now. I say goodbye to my iPod nano gen 4.
You have served me well and I know you have been with me more than any person have been in life. You made me smile, cry and think like I was in a fucking music video (I don't call them MTV).
You were also there to teach me and tell me audiobooks and so much more.
I will take bit more time to save up on another iPod, maybe I need to scout sulit.com.ph. lolz

Fuck you Bureau of Customs
An officemate of mine received a game console as a gift from a friend abroad. I am assumings its the US. Before he asked me when will he get the slip that is needed to get his stuff. I said just talk to your postman or the maybe to the guard at your village.
So this Friday he came late and pissed about his gift. He said he is going to call his friend abroad not to send him a game console. Because he had to pay for his gift at Php 1,300 .00+
I don't understand where does the Customs in the Philippines get their logic or brains at all. It seems they just want to suck the joy of a gift from you like a dementor. .
I'll start with my experience. I swapped a magazine from Japan (that was just a catalogue) and I was charged by the Custom retards with Php 150.00. But my friend was just robbed.
Ano bang pag-fefeeling ito? (What is with this attitude?)
Paki-explain. (Please explain.)

Wazzup Pilipinas Wins As One of the Top Ten Emerging Influential Blogs of 2013
| Mr. Ross del Rosario |
I was formally introduced with Wazzup Pilipinas during the Manila International Book Fair. My perception of the group was it was make up of a good number of people and bloggers especially its founder Ross Flores Del Rosario.
After just a week or two I heard that Wzzup Pilipinas was recognized as one of the top emerging influential blogs. I was not actually suprisped that it was so.
Wazzup Pilipinas is a community blog open to all who would like to contribute worthy articles that help promote events, happenings, products, places, advocacies and opinions that are of interest to the Filipino people. Its primary goal is to keep its readers well-informed and updated with current events, and the latest trends and issues, in the Philippines.
Wazzup Pilipinas has also currently maintained a staggering number of page views reaching a peak of more than 18,000+ on a single day and an average of 4,000+ daily views. (The statistics improves everyday so this may no longer be the actual data after a few days).

Signing on again.
After two weeks of being almost not online the Vegan bigot is back. I was able to buy a phone but I decided against the brand I was supposed to buy a few days ago.
I have a My Phone and its easier to tweet with this one. I am not sure of the battery life and other things I can do with it. It doesn't have a TV like my old phone but that is fine as long as I can post and tweet more.
