Pamantasan ng Makati - Buendia
I just stole a picture from Facebook. This building is where I used to study high school and was called Polytechnic by the people of Culi-culi. This area of Makati is perstered by floods once in a while. There is a creek by the side of the PNR that is filled with canal water.
Imagine how dirty this water is and how many times I have walked these streets when I was in high school from 1994 to 1998.
