Remember the Php 7.8 million flag pole of Rizal Park. Well it seems it was made of weak marble. The marbles are falling apart last Sunday (April 6, 2014)
This where your Php 7.8 million went! They said it was worth it and even boasted about the worth of having such a flagpole.
Sorry I am disappointed.
I don't feel so proud about the monsters who used public funds despite the need of many people and the lack of good services that could have been helped if the government knew how to spend it money.
Such a waste!
